SHIFT180 COACHING
Change the Conversation Around Job Loss
At Shift180 Coaching, we believe it’s time to rethink how we talk about job loss. Too often, professionals face layoffs or career shifts in silence — navigating uncertainty, self-doubt, and frustration alone. The discussion usually focuses on resumes, applications, and networking, leaving out the emotional, mental, and identity challenges that matter most.
We approach career transition differently.
We focus on your mindset, confidence, and clarity, because how you process this moment shapes the way you move forward. Job loss isn’t the end of your story — it’s a pivot point, a chance to reframe, reflect, and step into your next chapter intentionally.
Practical career strategy, mindset and emotional guidance.
We help you:
Reconnect with your strengths and purpose
Gain clarity on what’s truly next for your career
Adopt a mindset that turns uncertainty into action
Programs include 1:1 coaching, small group experiences, and self-guided resources, all designed to meet you where you are — not where anyone else thinks you should be.
A Bigger Shift Is Happening
Job loss is a shared experience, and we’re seeing a growing need for a space where it’s acknowledged, explored, and reframed. That’s the heart of what we do and it’s more than just about coaching, but about changing the cultural conversation around career transitions.
It’s about:
- Breaking the silence around the emotional impact of layoffs
- Normalizing mindset and confidence challenges during career shifts
- Redefining transitions as opportunities, not setbacks.
We’re building this movement one story, one insight, and one intentional step at a time.
